Toronto Homes Sales ending May 21

The dollar value of homes sold this week in the East and North are up approximately 1%. The dollar value of homes sold in the Central area is down 7% and the West is down 2% for week ending May 21. The average price of all homes has decreased approximately 3%.

The numbers of homes sold have decreased however. East down 11%, West down 12%, Central down 25% and North down 14%. The decrease in total is down 15%.
