Yesterday was a wild day for real estate in Toronto. Detached and semi detached homes posted 24 solds. 13 of those properties went over asking.
These houses for the most part were not renovated. They were found downtown to the city limit of Toronto, north, south, east and west. (C01 to C15)
The lowest asking was $495,000.00 and sold for $759,900.00 for a semi(154% of list). The highest asking was $1,899,000. and sold for $2,450,000. (129% of list)
The average asking price was $954,208.00 and the average selling price was $1,150,711.00 (116% of list) The average was 3.3 bedrooms and 6 days on the market. The 6 days accounts for the fact that Offers were being held off-usually for a week.
